In this IC China exhibition, DNS respectively demonstrated the headlamp regulator chip applied to the horizontal adjustment of automobile headlights and the battery management monitoring chip for the battery management system of new energy vehicles. The battery management monitoring chip is the industry's first single-core monitoring chip based on electrochemical impedance spectrum technology for lithium ion batteries, which innovatively integrates voltage, impedance and temperature monitoring functions, realizing the perfect combination of electronic technology and electrochemical technology. As is known to all, the current estimation of battery charge state is mainly achieved by monitoring the current of the battery by monitoring the chip, carrying out the charge integral calculation, with the open circuit voltage of the battery itself, and the relevant temperature compensation. For temperature compensation of high precision requirements, DNS monitoring battery management chip based on electrochemical impedance spectrum measurement technique, no external thermocouple sensor for battery internal temperature information, the cost savings at the same time, this scheme can reflect internal temperature of the batteries, as computing SOC battery management system to provide more accurate data to support.


In addition to focusing on the field of new energy vehicles and focusing on independent research and development, DNS has also made great efforts to improve quality control and process establishment. It has passed ISO 9000 system certification and launched the first ISO 26262 functional safety development process certification project in China's automotive semiconductor industry at the end of October 2015.
